The grapes for this Rose are sourced exclusively from the Barossa Valley. The Barossa Valley is the ideal home for producing the fresh red fruit characters that make Grenache a standout variety for delicious Rose. The Grenache for the Rose were harvested cold and kept on skins for 12 hours before being drained oļ¬ and then treated in a similar way to a white wine. The ferments were kept cool between 12-14 degrees for 10 days, maintaining the vibrant acid and fresh fruit characters. The wine received no oak contact prior to bottling in June 2017.

The Adelaide Hills, particularly Woodside, is perfectly situated to produce quality Pinot Noir Rose. Carefully nurtured by the winemaking team, this wine is fresh and lively with lifted strawberry aromas. Serve chilled.

The Yarra Valley's very own opera diva, Dame Nellie Melba, enchanted the world as Mimi in 'La Boheme. Puccini's famous opera based in the characterful Latin Quarter of 1880s Paris has four acts; the last ending.Ā
Mimi, Rodolfo and Marcello dine and drink at Cafe Momus. A chance encounter with Marcello's old flame Museta, introduces her 'old boy', Alcindoro. An evening of hilarity follows with poor old Alcidoro picking up the bill for the youngsters' frivolities.
