Fruit for this cool climate Shiraz was selected from a diverse range of vineyards across the Adelaide Hills.

Appearance: It is deep red in colour with bright purple hues.

Nose: This wine exhibits lifted and intense aromatics, with ripe and spicy dark fruit characters of blackberry and black plum mixed with a touch of pepper and vanilla bean.

Palate: A full-bodied, elegant wine it shows a balanced acidity and silky tannins culminating in a long finish.
