Palate: This premium cool climate Pinot Noir has an aromatic nose of dark cherry, spiced plum and a hint of cocoa. The lithe palate shows impressive intensity, black cherries joined spiced red cherries and subtle cooking spices.

Food Pairings: With excellent tannins and a long finish, this wine would suit a wide range of foods, such as wallaby fillets with mushroom XO sauce or washed rind cheeses.
