Palate: The palate is intense, lemon, lime and ruby grapefruit flavours all featuring.

Finish: Lovely chalky acidity extends the finish and provides a cleansing finale to this wine.

Food Pairing: There is a delightful lightness which bodes well for its ability to match food. Think sushi, fried Tasmanian scallops or even a plate of natural Angasi (native Tasmanian oysters).
