Foursquare Equipoise Rum

Foursquare Equipoise is the 25th release in Foursquare Distillery's Exceptional Cask Selection series. This limited-edition rum is notable for its unique aging process, combining traditional ex-bourbon casks with the distinctive influence of ex-Calvados apple brandy barrels.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Rich aromas of vanilla, butterscotch, and fresh pastry dough, complemented by notes of cinnamon, plums, blackberry, and molasses.

• Palate: A full-bodied experience with flavours of vanilla, butterscotch, plums, blackberries, cinnamon, apple strudel, and molasses.

• Finish: A long, warm, spiced finish with lingering notes of cinnamon, vanilla, bitter apple skin, and oak.
