Fermented entirely in seasoned French oak, and held on lees for four months with regular stirring, this wine is resplendent with bright tropical fruits, in perfect harmony with the complexities provided by the lees contact. Baking spice, brioche, and cashew butter are balanced with lemon-lime curd acid.
