Sagamore Signature Rye Whiskey offers a blend of two straight rye mash bills, aged 4-6 years in American oak, resulting in a classic Maryland-style rye. The high-rye mash bill contributes notes of cinnamon and clove, while the low-rye mash bill adds caramel, honey, and citrus peel. The whiskey is finished with limestone-filtered water from their springhouse.
