Tres Tribus Mezcal Cuishe

Tres Tribus Cuishe Mezcal is an artisanal spirit crafted from wild-harvested Cuishe agave (Agave karwinskii), aged between 10 to 25 years, in the remote mountains of Oaxaca, Mexico. Handcrafted by fifth-generation mezcalero Juan Antonio Coronel, it offers a distinctive and complex flavour profile.

Tasting Notes:

• Aroma: Overripe green apples, cottage cheese, mixed berries, coconut, and bubble gum.

• Palate: Continued notes of bubble gum, strawberry, orange, pomegranate, with herbal hints of rosemary, vanilla, cinnamon, and tangy blue cheese. 

• Finish: Lingering flavours of garden herbs, green grass, orange peel, earthy pepper, and wood smoke.
